Blueberry Cobbler
For my category of food, I got dessert. In our original plan I was supposed to be the judge and we were going to have a cooking show competition and see who could make the best dish for under $10. But instead, thanks to the Coronavirus, I got to show off my cooking skills too. Once I was assigned the category of dessert, I knew that I was going to make blueberry cobbler right away. Growing up my mom would always make blueberry cobbler. She usually always has the ingredients because there are not that many. So, what better way for a quarantined, broke college kid to save some money to head across town to mom and dads to make a childhood favorite dessert. This dish I truly do recommend if you are looking for a yummy, quick, and easy dessert to make in less than 35 minutes.

I admit I am a pretty average to below-average cook, but this is one of the recipes I can follow and it turns out good. I like how there are very few ingredients and you can prepare this in little to no time. This dish is perfect for a busy college student who loves food and is not looking to spend a lot of money. It would have been cool to be the judge and try all the other chef's dishes, because I love food so, so much. But, I appreciated my mom's smile when I got to make this for her for once!
